We would be delighted to provide delicious pastries for your special day. We know just how much attention to detail goes into the wedding preparations for your big day. That’s why it’s all the more important to us to put together an ‘all-inclusive package’ for your wedding cake and dessert buffet. We take all the time we need and are here to offer you advice and support.

A warm welcome to the world of cakes at Café Hirschenau in Filzmoos. We create bespoke wedding cakes or themed cakes for special occasions (complete dessert menus are also available).

Tasting

There’s nothing quite like meeting in person. Our handmade cakes are made with great attention to detail, and so each of our sweet works of art tells its own story. Why not come and sample our range of cakes in advance in the cosy atmosphere of our café?

Taste, theme/motif, design

Feel free to choose whichever cake flavour you like. Depending on the occasion or theme, we will work with you to decide on your chosen design and discuss any details regarding the size of the cake, its customised composition, or any other dessert options you may wish to include.

Delivery & Installation

Of course, presentation is key too! We deliver themed and special-occasion cakes on the date of your choice. This has the great advantage that your cake arrives well chilled and at the right time and place. We’ll take care of the lovely presentation on the day so that you can enjoy your sweet treat to the full.
