Breakfast at the Alpenblick or a breakfast basket delivered to your apartment is available on request.

Our apartments are ideal for people with allergies, so pets are not allowed.

You are welcome to park your car free of charge in the car park directly in front of the building.

The Aparthotel Hirschenau is a non-smoking establishment. Smokers are welcome to enjoy a cigarette on the balcony or outside the building.

Holiday flat prices do not include the local tourist tax (€3.10 per person aged 15 and over).

A booking is a contract of sale. Unforeseen circumstances can arise for anyone (illness, accident, etc.), meaning you may have to start your holiday later than planned or leave earlier than intended. To avoid costly cancellation fees in such cases, we recommend that you take out travel insurance. 

 

Cancellations are only valid if made in writing; you will then receive confirmation from us. The provisions of the International Hotel Contract Conditions apply. Up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival, the accommodation contract may be terminated by unilateral declaration of the contracting party without payment of a cancellation fee §5.5. Outside the period specified in §5.5, withdrawal by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
 

  • 3 to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total package price
  • Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total package price
  • In the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total package price.
  • In the event of short-notice cancellation, no-show or early departure, we must charge the price for the duration of the stay.


The place of jurisdiction is the District Court of St. Johann im Pongau.
The cancellation conditions in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
